New Year's Eve Events and Celebrations in Myrtle Beach

There’s no better place to ring in a brand-new year than Myrtle Beach and the gorgeous Grand Strand! Fireworks light up the night sky, there are parties galore, food to be eaten, and lots to celebrate as we welcome in 2026. Check out a few of our favorite ways to celebrate New Year’s Eve in Myrtle Beach!

New Year’s Eve Parties

A Southern Times Square – New Year’s Eve Celebration

The Market Common proudly hosts this exciting, family-friendly annual event! Beginning at 9 p.m., they’ll host a beer and wine garden, live music, food vendors, fun activities for your kids, a brand new DRONE show, and lots more. Get ready for the official New Year’s Eve countdown and our very own ball drop at A Southern Times Square. Grab your tickets at the Management Office on December 29 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., December 30 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., or December 31 from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Tickets are not available for direct purchase and have no cash value.

Tickets are complimentary with a receipt from any of The Market Common shopping center businesses (listed on our website) showing a purchase of $25 or more in a single visit between December 26 and December 31, 2025. Original receipts must be presented to receive tickets.

New Year's Eve on the MarshWalk

Check out the MarshWalk in Murrells Inlet on New Year's Eve, complete with bright lights, festive drink specials, and good vibes. Each of the eight participating MarshWalk restaurants will feature festive drinks and dinner specials, along with live music. Check individual restaurant pages for specific New Year’s Eve specials.

House of Blues New Year’s Eve Dinner & Dance

4640 Hwy. 17 S., North Myrtle Beach, SC

Join House of Blues Myrtle Beach for a special night of dinner and dancing featuring live music from Soultrii. Your New Year’s Eve package includes a four-course dinner, dancing, live entertainment, a champagne toast, and party favors. Tickets are $119/person with advanced reservations or $129/person same day (if available). Doors open at 7:00 p.m.

LuLu’s Noon Year’s Eve

4954 Hwy. 17 S., North Myrtle Beach, SC

This Barefoot Landing favorite is hosting a kid-friendly Noon Year’s Eve Party beginning at 11 a.m. Wednesday, December 31, 2025. Gear up for lots of family activities, a ball drop at noon, a sandcastle contest, face painting, and more.

Ripley's Aquarium Noon Year's Eve

Head to Ripley's Aquarium at Broadway at the Beach for live music, complimentary toasts to ring in the "noon" year, festive swag for the whole family, and a fun countdown to 12:00 p.m.

New Year’s Eve Extravaganza at Comedy Cabana

9588 N. Kings Hwy., Myrtle Beach, SC

Each New Year’s Eve Comedy Cabana in Myrtle Beach has a hilarious lineup ready to help you laugh into the next year. This year’s comics include Manny Oliveira, Rafe Williams, and Todd Link. Tickets include reserved seating, a photo of the comic, party favors, and a gift certificate for another show. Showtimes are at 7:30 p.m. and 10 p.m. December 31, 2025. The 10 p.m. show includes a champagne toast.

Ring in 2025 at Local Eat, Drink, Celebrate

10880 Ocean Hwy., Pawleys Island, SC

Local Eat, Drink, Celebrate at The Hammock Shops Village of Pawleys Island is hosting a Peace, Love, and New Year's Eve, a 60s themed celebration, to benefit The Children's Recovery Center. They’ll have heavy hors d’ouevres, a dinner buffet, live music from We Saw A Bear, and an open bar. The party starts at 8:30 p.m. and goes to 1:00 a.m. Tickets are $125/person.

Local Bar + Kitchen On the Water New Year’s Eve

1525 13th Ave N., North Myrtle Beach, SC

Join Local On the Water for a New Year’s Eve black and white party with live music from Jebb Mac Band from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. General Admission tickets get you in the door, while Bar Packages include a 10-drink package. Tickets are $29-$70. This is a standing-room-only event.

The Tin Roof Experience

1410 N Ocean Blvd., Myrtle Beach, SC

Join Tin Roof Myrtle Beach for one of the biggest New Year’s Eve parties in Myrtle Beach. Dress to impress and ring in 2026 in style with a complimentary champagne toast, confetti cannons, live music from Natalie Uhlenhake and DJ TBD, and plenty of fun throughout all of their bars. They have VIP tables and lounges available for reservations.

Fireworks

Catch a dazzling fireworks show this New Year’s Eve at various locations all over town!

Entertainment Districts: 7 p.m. at Barefoot Landing and 8 p.m. at Broadway at the Beach.

Myrtle Beach Boardwalk:  Come see the finale to Winter Wonderland at The Beach on the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, where the vibrant fireworks will reflect off the ocean starting at 9 p.m. 

Downtown Conway: Head to the Riverfront District at 7 Elm Street to grab a spot on the lawn, opening at 10:30 pm. Fireworks will start at 12:00 am sharp; don't be late!

Where to Eat

Many of our local Myrtle Beach restaurants amp up their cuisine to celebrate the New Year and offer special menus. Call ahead for reservations! Prices may not include taxes or gratuity.  

Big Chill Island House

Barefoot Landing, North Myrtle Beach, SC

Ring in New Year's Eve the laid-back island way with waterfront dining at Big Chill Island House, featuring a relaxed atmosphere and special dinner features available from 4-10pm alongside the full menu. Enjoy coastal vibes, beautiful views, and a memorable meal before welcoming the new year. 

Crooked Hammock

Barefoot Landing, North Myrtle Beach, SC

Kick off your NYE celebrations with a hearty meal before heading to the evening’s festivities. At Crooked Hammock, you'll find live music from 5-8pm and two delicious dinner specials, NY Prime Rib and Surf and Turf Alfredo, available starting at 3pm, while supplies last.    

21 Main Prime Steakhouse

719 North Beach Blvd., North Myrtle Beach, SC

21 Main Events at North Beach is hosting a 4-course New Year’s Eve party. Live music will be playing all evening, and the event will be held from 8 p.m. to 1 a.m. The cost is $175/person.

Hard Rock Cafe

1318 Celebrity Cir., Myrtle Beach, SC

Celebrate with live music from Chocolate Chip & Co. The event begins at 7 p.m. and lasts until 1 a.m. with a balloon drop at midnight. Tickets are $20, or opt for a 3-course dinner reservation for $62 per person.

RipTydz – New Year’s Eve Bash

1210 N. Ocean Blvd., Myrtle Beach, SC

Join RipTydz for a New Year’s Eve Bash as you watch the waves crash to shore from its oceanfront rooftop bar. They’re hosting an open bar for $87/person or a buffet combo for $161/person with live music from Suavocado on the rooftop and DJ Johnny DeVito on the second floor. The fun starts at 8 p.m. and includes firebreathers and dancers, a photo booth, mobile drink stations, and so much more. Walk-ins are welcome, but it’s strongly encouraged to buy tickets in advance - and the theme is masquerade!

Shelbi Ankiewicz is a senior at Coastal Carolina University studying communication, journalism, and intercultural studies. She is originally from Montgomery, Alabama, but has resided in Myrtle Beach for 14 years. She is the Editor-in-Chief of CCU's student newspaper, The Chanticleer, and is a member of a two-year leadership program called the Wall Fellows. Shelbi enjoys trying new restaurants, traveling to major cities in the SouthEast, and attending concerts. In her free time you can find her hanging out with her frenchton bulldog, Oma, or visiting the local trails Myrtle Beach has to offer.
