One staple here in the South is barbecue that’s sauced up any way you like it and served up with all the fixins’. We’ve pulled together some of the top finger-lickin’ barbecue dishes and joints The Beach has to offer – for you to get a bite and experience for yourself.

Sink your teeth into Voodoo's mouthwatering Pulled Pork Sandwich, featuring house-roasted pulled pork piled high on a craft beer pub bun. This Charleston-based chain of BBQ joints recently opened up its first Myrtle Beach location in the heart of downtown's Arts & Innovation district and has made an immediate impact on the local barbecue scene. Specializing in smoked meats of all varieties, the prime Beef Brisket, pulled pork and smoked pork belly are all outstanding. Get them as a sandwich or in a BBQ plate with unique southern sides like Hask & Rice, Beans with Briskte, Corn Pudding or Pickled Okra. You'll also some great ribs here, smoked wings and unique apps like Pork Rind Nachos.

Known for their amazing ocean views and rooftop bar Riptydz's BBQ Pork Platter with a half pound of freshly pulled pork and the Big Island Style Pork Ribs smoked baby back pork ribs are pretty sweet and tangy.
