Sundays 10-11 a.m. with Sea Yoga!
Let's face it, at the end of the week everyone needs some time to re-center themselves and cleanse the spirit with a cold beer (first ones on us). Our Yoga in the Yard series with Sea Yoga will get rid of your Sunday scaries and guide you through a relaxing physical & mental workout, where the style of yoga varies every week. All levels are welcome, just don’t forget your yoga mat! Outdoors unless the weather pushes us inside.
