Myrtle Beach Marathon: What You Need to Know
Are you ready to run?
Saturday, March 2nd, 2024, the Myrtle Beach Marathon is back! The perfect marathon for beautiful views of the beach, temperate weather, and sunshine - right in the heart of Myrtle Beach! This year distances include the Myrtle Beach Marathon, Half Marathon, 5k and Family Fun Run as well as the Virtual 10k for those wanting to participate from home. The course this year is slightly different from previous years, but it is still fast and flat with several miles of oceanfront views, running in the heart of Myrtle Beach. You might even be able to feel the salty breeze as you run - how refreshing! View the course in this interactive map.
Although there will not be a Health and Welness Expo for 2024, there will be a Finish Line Festival complete with all your favorites: live music, pizza, donuts, beer, and chocolate milk - oh, and water too! After finishing the in-person races, each participant will receive a medal, t-shirt and "finisher" tank, so you can boast in your accomplishment all year long.
Myrtle Beach - or The Beach - offers a wide variety of fun for all ages! From thrilling attractions to excellent restaurants, you can enjoy all The Beach has to offer while you are in town for the race.
