Make It A Music Lover's Day

There is always 60 miles of oceanfront music right here in the Myrtle Beach area! Get your quota of rock, soul, country, contemporary, and beach music at innumerable and diverse venues up and down our coast. It is so easy to make the best possible music lover's day in recent memory on your vacation.

Bring your friends and family out for the tunes that never end at the Marshwalk in Murrells Inlet. The Dead Dog Saloon, Bubba's Love Shack, and Wahoo's are cranking up the tunes with live bands! If you want more music then the Marshwalk is your answer!

Barefoot Landing in North Myrtle Beach has live music at the Wild Wing Café. Right next door is the House of Blues and the Alabama Theatre with national recording artists offering great concerts and extravagant shows. Check their calendars for your favorite artist!

If you love singing and dancing Broadway-style shows our area has The Carolina OpryGTS Theatre, and Legends in Concert, offering family shows with entertainers, impersonators, and recognized national talent!

Many of our local Myrtle Beach area hotels and resorts also offer a wonderful atmosphere for their in-house restaurants with accompanying live music for your dining experience.

The fabulous entertainment and shopping complex of Broadway at the Beach offers many festive restaurants and clubs with music and live bands. Try Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville, Crocodile Rocks or Bar Louie.

In the heart of Myrtle Beach Downtown and on the oceanfront is the Boardwalk, with free nightly family concerts in the "Hot Summer Nights" entertainment program with Dixieland jazz. Just around the corner is the historic "Bowery" music hall with live country music on a regular basis from the "Bounty Hunters" and other local and regional talents. The Bowery is where the supergroup Alabama calls home!

On the Intracoastal Waterway is Landing at the Boathouse with live music and national bands entertaining in an outdoor amphitheater setting on the water.

The Myrtle Beach area takes music seriously with most of our annual seasonal festivals of every type having a great diversity of bands and entertainers. If you love country music and haven't been to The Beach for CCMF in June, definitely put that on your bucket list.

In our coastal paradise and oceanside some of our local piers from North Myrtle Beach to Garden City Beach have live local bands playing right on the pier in the evenings. This is a great and popular experience for vacationing families. All along our entire coast, there are also pubs and restaurants with live music during the spring and summer seasons.

Book your perfect place to stay in the center of Myrtle Beach music central! Come to a place in the southern tropics where music is always in the air!
