Blueberry's Grill at Barefoot Landing serves scratch-made breakfast, brunch, and lunch every day from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Everything is cooked to order: Blueberry Hushpuppies, Blueberry Crème Brûlée French Toast, Charleston Shrimp & Grits, the Crab Cake Benedict and Smoked Salmon Benedict, three-egg omelets, and a lunch menu of burgers, sandwiches, and salads. The full bar pours mimosas and Bloody Marys, and the coffee is 100% Colombian. Gluten-friendly substitutions are available.

The patio sits over the water at Barefoot Landing and is dog-friendly, with a bowl of cold water on request. Parking is free in the Barefoot Landing lot, and the Alabama Theatre and House of Blues are a short walk from the table.

Weekends are walk-in only through the Yelp Waitlist. From September through May, weekday tables can be requested by calling (843) 281-0048 and checking with the manager. To-go orders are available; on Saturdays and Sundays, call first. No delivery, no catering. This is the only Blueberry's Grill location that hosts after-hours private events.

In the 2026 Best of the Beach awards from The Sun News, Blueberry's Grill won Gold for Best Brunch and Bronze for Best Breakfast, voted by more than 163,000 community votes. This location was also named to Yelp's Top 100 Brunch Spots in the U.S. in 2023 and 2024. Blueberry's Grill is a veteran-founded restaurant, open at Barefoot Landing since 2018, with sister locations in Myrtle Beach and Wilmington, NC.
