Horry County Junior ROTC Drill Meet

Make plans to attend the Horry County Junior ROTC Drill Meet at the Pelicans Stadium Saturday, May 3. The meet begins at 9:00 a.m., with seven high school JROTC teams competing for bragging rights. Team and individual events include: Unarmed Squad, Armed Squad, Unarmed Platoon, Armed Platoon, Unarmed Freshman Squad, Color Guard, Unarmed Exhibition, Armed Exhibition, Unarmed Knockout and Armed Knock. Following the event, family and friends are welcome at the lunch in the Pelicans’ Picnic Area for the Military Family Members’ Social, with the Blue Star Mothers. Come see these young men and women demonstrate their skills!
