Some say that the famous pirate, Drunken Jack, can still be seen wandering the coast. The story goes that Drunken Jack was left on an island in Murrells Inlet by his crew with only rum to sustain him. Well, the rum ran out, and his ghost can now be seen looking for rum and food around the coast. The seafood restaurant along the MarshWalk named Drunken Jack's pays homage to the area’s famous pirate ghost.
2. Act like a Pirate at Pirates Voyage Dinner and Show
A trip to Myrtle Beach is not complete without enjoying a spectacular pirate evening at Pirates Voyage Dinner and Show.
