Blueberry's Grill in Myrtle Beach is the original location, open since 2017 in the Grande Dunes area on North Kings Highway near 82nd Avenue North. Doors open at 6:30 a.m. every day, and the kitchen serves breakfast, brunch, and lunch until 3 p.m. Everything is cooked to order: Blueberry Hushpuppies, Blueberry Crème Brûlée French Toast, Charleston Shrimp & Grits, the Crab Cake Benedict, three-egg omelets, and a lunch menu led by the Porcini & Truffle Smash Burger and the Crab Cake Sandwich. The full bar pours mimosas and Bloody Marys, and the coffee is 100% Colombian. Gluten-friendly substitutions are available.

There's a bright dining room and a dog-friendly patio, with free parking in the plaza lot. Weekends are walk-in only through the Yelp Waitlist. From September through May, weekday tables can be requested by calling (843) 945-4588 and checking with the manager. To-go orders are available; on Saturdays and Sundays, call first. No delivery, no catering.

In the 2026 Best of the Beach awards from The Sun News, Blueberry's Grill won Gold for Best Brunch and Bronze for Best Breakfast, voted by more than 163,000 community votes. Blueberry's Grill is a veteran-founded restaurant with sister locations at Barefoot Landing in North Myrtle Beach and at Lumina Station in Wilmington, NC.
