Exploring the Myrtle Beach area's great outdoors is easy with two state parks, Myrtle Beach State Park and Huntington Beach State Park, which offer everything from hiking trails to picnic areas to fishing piers. The Myrtle Beach area is also home to one of the largest exotic reptile parks in the world as well as the most significant collection of figurative sculpture in an outdoor setting by American artists in the world, and our visitors rave about other unique attractions, as well. From a popular hands-on science museum to aquariums and more, learning is made fun and exciting for everyone-even when on vacation!

If you'd rather stay in the water, one of the Myrtle Beach areas many waterpark rides will be sure to please, and other thrilling watersports are sure to satisfy the most adventurous travelers. Families always enjoy spending a night at the ballpark for summertime baseball and racing around the speedway at a popular area NASCAR SpeedPark.
