The Little River Farmers Market will be held on Thursdays from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. beginning May 28 through October 29. It will be held at the public parking lot on the Historic Little River Waterfront: 4468 Mineola Ave., Little River, SC 29566. A variety of food and artisanal vendors will be present at the Little River Farmers Market. Potentially available products include: baked goods, vegetables and fruits, seafood, flowers and plants, local honey, jams and jellies, and artisanal crafts such as soaps or body care products, wood crafts, agricultural products, and/or wools and pelts/fleeces. Don’t miss the 16th Annual ShrimpFest on Saturday, Oct. 10th and Sunday, Oct. 11th, 2020 from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. at the Historic Little River Waterfront. Festival goers can expect to enjoy 2 stages of live music, a kids zone, face painting, stilt walkers, balloon artists, and more than 100 different vendors- including a variety of art and craft vendors, business expos, and community organizations. Shrimp and fresh local seafood will be served by the local waterfront restaurants and your festival food favorites will be available from a variety of talented food vendors. Fun for the whole family!

Located at the Historic Little River Waterfront in Little River, SC, the World Famous Blue Crab Festival is one of the largest festivals in the Southeast. Bring your family & friends to enjoy fresh, local seafood from a waterfront restaurant or get your favorite festival food fix. Enjoy scenic views, live beach music, and shop for a unique souvenir or gift from a crafter. A kids zone will offer a variety of entertainment & activities. Each year on the Saturday after Thanksgiving, locals flock to the waterfront to view this spectacular maritime parade. The flotilla starts at the Little River Inlet at 5 PM and travels south, arriving at Dock Holidays Marina at 7 PM. Gather your family and watch the parade as it passes various viewing areas along the waterway. There is no charge to watch the Intracoastal Christmas Regatta, but spectators are encourage to donate toys & more.
