Your evening begins with a traditional lei greeting from our performers, setting the tone for an immersive Polynesian experience. Guests then enjoy dinner accompanied by a live Polynesian band, serenading the room with island rhythms throughout the meal.

After dinner, the luau show begins taking you on a journey across Polynesia through music and dance from Hawaii, Tahiti, Tonga, New Zealand, and Samoa. The night builds to an electrifying close with a breathtaking performance by our World Champion Samoan Fire Knife Team.
