Adaptive Surf Project will hold Wheel to Surf at Cherry Grove Pier on October 7, 2023, beginning at 8:30 am. Wheel to Surf is a surf clinic for individuals who happen to have a disability and is an opportunity for anyone to experience the joy of surfing.
