The Fifteenth Annual Ground Zero Dragon Boat Festival is set for 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Saturday, April 29, at Grand Park Lake, 1119 Farrow Parkway. Admission is free for spectators and the event serves as a fundraiser for Ground Zero. Participating teams fundraise for Ground Zero, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and race to win prizes.
