We headed out on the Second Avenue Pier in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, to learn a little about the basics of pier fishing. Longtime Myrtle Beach local James Ciacco gave us an tutorial on what equipment you needed, how to bait a hook and instruction on throwing a cast net.
