If you’re in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, this holiday season, a stop by the North Myrtle Beach Park and Sports Complex should be in order. The park is set to be the home of this year’s Great Christmas Light Show—a lighted celebration sure to capture the spirit of the Christmas season.
The drive-through light show will feature over 1.7 million lights festively hung along a 1.5 mile drive throughout the park and sports complex. Over 400 magical light displays, some up to 70 feet tall, have been custom made for The Great Christmas Light Show.
Following the drive through light show, guests are able to park their car and visit Santa’s Village, where they can have hot chocolate and smores and get an up close look at lights on the Santa Express Train Ride. Santa’s village will also feature an ice-skating rink, a petting zoo, pony rides, a Go Ape lighted tree top adventure and FREE visits with Santa.
The Great Christmas Light Show and Santa’s Village is affordable, fun for the whole family and promises to be one of the best holiday events along the Grand Strand this year. The unique, family-friendly event will run from November 25 to December 30. For 1-15 guests, the cost per vehicle is $15.
