Who doesn't love boats?

We certainly are fans. Whether it's spending a leisurely Saturday afternoon here in Myrtle Beach cruising along the Intracoastal Waterway, heading out on the open ocean to catch that big fish or relaxing on a luxurious cruise liner, we're certainly nuts for the nautical experience.

And we're certainly excited for this Saturday's 24th Annual Georgetown Wooden Boat Show, running from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Taking place on the waterfront and along Front Street in historic downtown Georgetown, this year's show will feature  more than 100 classic wooden boats displayed on land and water, a wooden boatbuilding competition, children's model boatbuilding, knot tying, maritime arts and crafts, food and music.

It promises to be a fun day on the water in one of our favorite spots along the Grand Strand. We can't wait to see you out there.

And maybe this year we'll learn how to properly tie a fisherman's knot!
