2nd Avenue Pier

The 2nd Avenue Pier extends 900 feet out into the ocean with surrounding views of the Atlantic and the Myrtle Beach skyline. Located at one end of the Boardwalk, this pier is close to the resorts, restaurants, and attractions that Myrtle Beach has to offer. With a stunning view into the ocean, the end of the pier is the ideal place to get engaged if you are looking for a unique beach photo opportunity. Then, celebrate at Wicked Tuna with some fresh sushi and other delicious southern cuisine, located next to the 2nd Avenue Pier.

There are not many places more iconic in Myrtle Beach than the SkyWheel. There have been countless numbers of engagements of couples riding the SkyWheel or with the icon in the background of the photo. The SkyWheel is the place to let your love soar to new heights, while also creating memories at The Beach you won’t forget. Bonus points for proposing at the top of the wheel – 187 feet in the air!

MarshWalk in Murrells Inlet

One of the best places to catch the sun setting on the marsh, the MarshWalk in Murrells Inlet is another perfect place to pop the question. With a quarter mile long boardwalk and a marina, there is plenty of space to plan a proposal with views of the marsh, oak trees and the beautiful inlet. After getting engaged, you can celebrate with family and friends at one of the seven restaurants along the MarshWalk, serving up fresh seafood, casual dining, and live music.

Downtown Conway

Just a few miles up the road from Myrtle Beach, you will find Conway, a quaint community with a charming downtown and Riverwalk, a boardwalk along the Waccamaw River. Conway is known for its colorful murals on multiple buildings and charming alleys with twinkling lights and gardens. Ripley’s Aquarium
