When it comes to seafood, Oysters Rockefeller is about as classic as it comes. Created in 1840, it was named after John D. Rockefeller, the richest American at the time, because its sauce carried so much richness. The dish has been remade, deconstructed and adapted much over the many decades since. Capt.
