Broadway at the Beach fireworks this summer are on Tuesdays and Fridays at 10 p.m. from June 6th until August 29th. There will be no fireworks on Friday August 25th. There will be Labor Day show on Sunday September 3 at 10 p.m.
The TicketReturn.com Field is where the Myrtle Beach Pelicans play minor league baseball. To see fireworks after each game, book tickets on the following dates: June 3, 10, 22, 24, 25; July 4, 6, 13, 15, 20, 22, 23; Aug 3, 5, 6, 12, 26.

Founding father John Adams saw fireworks as a necessary component to the festivities surrounding the signing of the Declaration of Independence. The first Independence Day fireworks were seen on July 4, 1777. Since 1783, fireworks were made available to the general public to celebrate this great event.

On the 4th of July come to the beach and watch the Shaw AFB F-16s from 20th Fighter Wing fly from Cherry Grove along the 60 miles of Myrtle Beach coast! See vintage WW2 aircraft! 2 p.m.July 4th 6th Annual Cupcake Eating Contest, Croissants Bistro & Bakery, 3751 Robert Grissom Parkway Myrtle Beach, SC 29577. 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Competition participants,18 years and older. The winner will be crowned, “Cupcake Champion” of Myrtle Beach. Prize packages include a trophy, medal, $500 cash and tickets to Myrtle Beach area attractions, restaurants and retail stores as well as an oceanfront vacation package, all valued close to $1500.

7 p.m.Kaminski House with Indigo Choral Society, 1003 Front St. Georgetown, SC 29440. Highlights of the concert will include a Color Guard and songs from the American genre, Carolina-themed songs and a salute to our Armed Forces. It's All Happening on the Lawn!
