Area resorts and hotels will also offer special wellness-focused packages and deals for the months of September and October, including up to $200 in spa credits with a minimum two-night stay at the newly renovated Marriott at Grande Dunes; unlimited yoga and fitness classes, daily health-conscious breakfast, a facial and a massage with a two-night minimum stay in a two-bedroom villa at Kingston Resorts; and a facial massage, 60-minute full-body massage and daily breakfast with a two-night minimum stay at Marina Inn at Grande Dunes. To help you get started with your wellness getaway, we've compiled dozens of great places to experience your style of wellness, whether it's exploring the outdoors, relaxing and unwinding, seeking out adventure and thrills, or tasting healthy coastal Carolina cuisine. We've also created some special complimentary wellness activities, including meditation zones, beach yoga and guided bicycle tours. 

Meditation Zones

Take a moment to quiet the mind, relax and enjoy the moment at one of these complimentary guided meditation zones available September and October during each locations' operation hours. Each zone will focus on one of the five senses - taste, smell, sound, touch and sight. As you visit these meditation zones, take a moment to breathe deeply and focus on the experience. Complimentary Beach Yoga

Expand your horizon with beach yoga along the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. Complimentary weekly Vinyasa yoga sessions will be offered on the beach each Saturday in September and October at 9 a.m. at the 79th Ave beach access. Parking is available at Shanti Yoga Studio, 7901 N. Ocean Blvd #5 in Myrtle Beach. In event of inclement weather, class will be offered in the studio. All levels are welcome and no experience is necessary. Just bring your beach towel and water and get ready to relax and unwind on Myrtle Beach time. 

Weekly Bicycle Excursions

Let's get moving together on a bicycle excursion. Weekly guided bicycle excursions will be offered on Thursdays at 6:30 p.m. each week in September and October. Interested cyclists can meet at the Pee Dee Bicycle Company (1600 Farrow Pkwy 81, Myrtle Beach). Participants must bring their own bicycle or can rent one during the shop's normal business hours. The guided bicycle tour will travel about 10 miles round trip.
