MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. - The Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce's Volunteer of the Year and Ambassador of the Year will be honored at a celebration scheduled for Thursday, April 23, 2015.

This event will take place at the Myrtle Beach Train Depot, located at 815 Broadway St., in Myrtle Beach, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

The 2015 Volunteer of the Year ended in a tie and went to Daniel Liberatore and Kathy Foxworth Garrell, with Chick-fil-A Myrtle Beach Drive Thru and Katie's Project, respectively.

For Ambassador of the Year, the 2015 recognition went to Al Kipple, with Three Ring Focus.

In addition to these honorees, the celebration will honor all those who have volunteered their time and talents to the Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce.

Food and beverages will be provided, and entertainment is courtesy of The Paul Grimshaw Band.
