MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. - The 15th Annual Surfrider Grand Strand Lip-Rippin' Chilympics Chili Cook-Off will take place Oct. 12, 2014 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Hot Fish Club, King Street Grille and Morse Park in Murrells Inlet

Chili samples will be available to purchase starting at 12 p.m. from over 40 self-proclaimed "chilimasters." Categories for competition are best overall, best restaurant, people's choice, hottest, most original, best vegetarian, best theme and best use of South Carolina products.

Sample tickets for chili will be available for $1 each. Musical entertainment will also be provided by regional bands.
