Incentive Guidelines

1. Applies only to events booked as a lead through the Myrtle Beach Area CVB between March 15 and
   June 30, 2009.
2. Group event must be consumed in conjunction with accommodation booking by June 30, 2010.
3. Accommodation booking must consist of 75 or more total room nights.
4. Upon receipt of signed accommodations contract, CVB will confirm availability and book selected attraction on behalf of group. Confirmations will be based upon availability and black out dates may apply. CVB will confirm a maximum of two tickets per contracted room.
5. Group transportation not included.
6. Offer applies to first 10 groups to respond.
7. Admissions are non-transferrable and have no cash value.
